Cancellation Policy

Reservations Advanced reservations are recommended and a valid credit card is required for reserving your appointment. To enhance comfort and complete relaxation, please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the length of your appointment, and the full price will still be charged. Cancellations & changes to your appointment We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation made before 24 hours of your appointment time will be refunded in full.. Appointments cancelled within the 24-hour or before 4 hours of your appointment time on the same day will be refunded in half of your booked service (cancellation fee). If you do no not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Any cancellations or changes to you booking must be communicated by telephone, email or through the online booking software. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment.
